Overall construction of the housing is 10 ga. steel construction for a rating of ± 20″ W.G.

The SFC unit is POWDER COATED, inside and outside with an inlet location in either the top of the SFC or the front of the SFC above the cartridge portholes.

The filter access doors utilize a “quick release” type handle, not a screw-on knob, which does not require any tools for cartridge filter replacement. Access door installation is not a “blind” connection hidden behind the door like some other collectors.

• The Porthole design allows for clean access to just one filter at a time rather than opening a large door for all filters to be exposed to the elements.  “Talk about Dirty“
• The Turbo pulse valves are certified and constructed to pass a 1 million plus pulse test. “That is a lot of blow off“
• The Hopper(s) are be constructed of have a 45º slope. (60º is optional for a steeper angle for dust that just wont let go)
