OIL MIST RECYCLER TO EXTRACT OILS FROM AIRFLOW WITHIN DUCTWORK.
Nordfab QFS Oil Mist Recycler extracts oil to minimize the amount of oil flowing through entire ducting system. It can be installed in vertical or horizontal applications. It’s constructed with a recycler unit, molded gasket, clamp, and end cap. Clear hose (5′) and a hose clamp are provided for the drain tap.
Nordfab offers QFS Sealed Duct to protect against leakage in ducting used in ventilation systems where oil mist is a contaminant. You can also use QFS seals to prevent moisture, such as rain, from entering ductwork when Quick-Fit ducting is being used outdoors. Apply it in any situation where moisture is a concern either internally or externally. All clamp-together ducting has slight leakage. Using QFS increases duct sealing by 10X over our current leakage rate which already meets or exceeds allowable SMACNA leakage rates.

QFS can also be applied after installation. Unlike other clamp-together ducting systems, QFS gaskets are easy to add to an installed system if the need should arise.
